:bulletpurple: before you ask, the noise, focus, and watermark are definitely intetionally there, and no I do not want to use the deviantart one, but I'd rather this not have art theft.

:bulletred: Full view please :P

:bulletgreen: Groups featuring my art, should not diminish how you view my art, whether it be in only one group or whether it be in 200.

:bulletyellow: Spring is one of the most marvelous seasons, and I felt compelled to bring to you what I considered the most beautiful part of it, but with a little spin of artistic entirpretation to emphasize the raw beauty of not only colors, but the Motion of flowers and plants as the sun heats the Earth. Together the factors made an overwhelmingly pretty shot, that inspired me to write a poem also which can be read below.

Nikon D3000, Nikkor 55-200mm, ISO 100

:bulletblue: Z E P H Y R

walking on the cold concrete
a complicated urban landscape, laced with crowded streets
people stopping here and there, people rushing everywhere
most of them unaware of the things for which they should care
coming and going, as if each echo was a light slowly dying out
trees, flowers, canopies, scuttering things, fluttering wings never thought about
if only winds would come to take this world by storm
if kamikaze gusts were considered as the norm
to come and wipe away, like an etch-a-sketch's sand
the buildings, towers, subway trains, and stores of every brand
instead of cold unfeeling manmade stone
i wish to be in the wild grass, not in a crowd alone
how much less garish would it be to wake up in the warmth of the solar rays
than waking up to mechanical, unnerving beeps, each and every day
my eyes would awaken to the soft sights of reds, blues, and yellows, not harsh, unfeeling fluorescent lights
to break the norms of society is like a Zepyr through the trees
the wind breaks down all thoughts, setting you free
try it now, and you will see
why nature is beautiful, and why you should let it be

Amazing piece! I'd be surprised if you didn't win that contest! Someone would certainly need their head checked..

Just on the point of being padantic, I think that a bit too much of the photo is blurred. I know that sometimes it is out of our control or intentional, but I think it would be better for a smaller portion of the photo to be blurred. That's just me though.

There are many pictures of flowers on dA, but I think this is the best I've seen yet. It's a very simple yet beautiful piece. Well done (:

And now looking at he finished product, I'm flabbergasted with amazement. Excellent work!
